Background
- Huon’s philosophys and unique farming methods had helped it become Australia’s largest privately owned salmon farmers.
- Huon’s Tasmanian Atlantic Salmon was finding its way into Australia finest restaurants without attracting the premium it deserved.
Response
- Huon rebranded, updated its packaging, and commissioned MindWars to produce a coffee table book that could highlight the differences to both the trade and consumers alike.
Outcome
- A large hard cover book that educated both trade and consumers was created to help customers make a more informed choice.
