Leggo’s Tomao Paste was a clear #1 and under the gun from competitors trying to snatch its market share.
Timing was critical. Hot competitive activity and a seasonal production schedule meant any promotional activity had to be added instore to product already on shelf and in warehouses.
Response
MindWars developed creative, produced labels and organised a team of merchandisers to apply labels by hand instore nationally.
MindWars databases logged redemptions, managed fulfillment, and responed to customer enquiries on Leggo’s behalf.
