About Innovative Ring Pull
By adding a ring pull to the Plumrose range, an opportunity was created to revamp the entire Plumrose image. The end result required global co-ordination to ensure deadlines and a quality finish were achieved.
Background
- Research revealed customers disliked using a can opener and would welcome the additon of an easy-to-use ring pull device to open their can.
- MindWas wars asked to update the design and liase with their danish manufacturer to ensure the graphics met the unique requirements of their gravure printing process.
Response
- Key mnemonic devices were retained and emphasised in simple layout with plenty of blue ribbon appetite appeal.
Outcome
- Consumers welcomed the new design and the ring pull device.
- Sales responded accordingly.
